About Eric
The President and CEO of the company is Eric Sparr who holds over 42 years of Signage experience.
Eric brings to each project a vast amount of experiences. Here are examples of different industries he has served:

- Educational Institutions across all levels (Elementary to High Schools)
- Government Entities
- Medical Clinics and Hospitals, and more.
Eric has worked at such prominent companies as Phillips Signs in Michigan. By owning multiple companies in Coral Springs, FL and West Palm Beach, FL, he has gained immense knowledge. He has served as Senior Instructors at many other Sign Companies as well. Additionally, he has worked in every phase of the Signage Development Cycle.
About Our Principal Business Director
Serving as Principal Business Director is Michaelle Betroin. With over 25 years of expertise in both retail and service industries, Michaelle brings vast experience to the team. From 1992-2018, she was the owner of two multi-million dollar companies. She served as Vice President of Video Dental Concepts and President of Video Dental Supply. In these roles, she attended over 122 National and International Trade Shows. Michaelle acted as the primary Public Relations Representative for these companies. She also supervised over 32 representatives, organizing them into a network. This network maintained and expanded the business, building professional relationships with her comprehensive product knowledge. At Signs By Sparr, LLC., Michaelle is involved in all aspects of the business. This includes acquisition, accounting, payroll, marketing, sales, and customer support.
About the Assistant Business Manager
Kelly Dault is our Assistant Business Manager. She has worked with Eric and been in the Signage business for over 20 years, also originating in Michigan. Her responsibilities include being a Permit Acquisition Specialist. She handles all legal aspects of obtaining Sign Permits. This involves interfacing with the Clerk of Court and adhering to all municipality regulations. Recently, she has also been involved in Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, and Administration of all office management and office financial transactions.
